      Culture 2Communication is a critical component to the success of any business strategy. We know this, yet we often find ourselves so busy executing projects and ongoing deliverables that we forget to tell anyone else what’s going on.

       

      In order to get the most out of our communication efforts, we need to consider the timing. If we communicate too early, our audience may forget critical information or fail to take action at the right time. If we wait too long to communicate, we can fall prey to the gossip mill and lose trust. Much like missing an important birthday or other notable event, belated wishes can lack the impact we could have had – if the timing was right.
