Our 2022

Healthcare Talent Report

From September to October 2022, Blu Ivy Group commissioned a survey and interviewed hundreds of healthcare workers. The research sample comprises feedback from doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers such as medical technicians and paramedics.

Our goal with this research was to understand:

  • Why healthcare workers are leaving their employers and the industry as a whole.
  • What this critical group of talent consider to be the biggest issues with their work experience
  • How employer brand could alleviate some of the stress on the healthcare system

Our Findings:

Aside from the mass exodus happening in the healthcare industry, current working conditions have pushed those remaining in the field to their breaking point. Healthcare workers are facing chronic understaffing, toxic work environments and management relationships, and a lack of recognition at work.
