April has been another exciting month here at Blu Ivy Group and we couldn’t be happier to announce our newest team member Madeleine Waterfield. Madeleine brings a wealth of experience from her agency recruitment and sales background. Her attraction to recruitment started from being able to help candidates realize their dream of new employment or a career change. Connecting with people is a passion for Madeleine and she loves being part of an organization’s process to help attract and retain the best and brightest for their teams. Madeleine’s focuses on developing a strong partnership with clients to ensure that their needs are exceeded and providing a healthy work environment for their teams, resulting in a positive bottom line for the company.
Madeleine’s interest for employer branding stems from her belief that a happy, engaged workforce is a primary driver to a productive and profitable company. She is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the process to identify and develop key areas of opportunities for clients to grow and become profitable.
