    Our goal with this research was to understand:

    • The biggest challenges currently facing CHRO and people leaders
    • The imminent impact that will have on turnover, culture and business performance
    • How CEOs can enable HR leaders to thrive and drive greater business impact in 2025

    Our Findings:

    CEOs are on the brink of a leadership retention crisis, with 57% of HR and People Leaders considering an exit due to inadequate support, resources, time, leadership alignment, and burnout.
