“For the services industry, the best brand experiences are delivered to customers by the most engaged and aligned employees. Employer brand strategy aligns corporate goals, employment culture, communications and consumer experiences more so than any other business strategy today. It is no longer a nice-to-have solution, but a critical business driver for any company looking to be a leader in today’s economy.”

Leandra Harris

Throughout her career, Leandra has led high performance organizations as a strategic executive of Human Resources. A skilled change management leader, Leandra has partnered and led through numerous organizational development initiatives, acquisitions and cultural integrations. “Every company has a great story and I am passionate to work with those organizations to help them articulate their unique story, tell that story in an effective way, and broaden the reach of their story. When employees are engaged, we can see it and feel it – not only within the corporate culture but from end-to-end business delivery to clients.

What I love about employer branding is that it’s a business strategy and you can see the impact of  employee engagement, the customer experience, and the bottom line.”

Alicia Brum

Alicia’s cross-functional senior management background has always focused on increasing profitability by effectively integrating positive change as a core discipline. She has a notable reputation for helping top-tier organizations optimize their people, culture and business potential, and she takes pride in helping organizations align their employer brand with short and long-term business goals that help them stand out in a hyper competitive marketplace.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Business Innovation from Ryerson University and International Marketing and Technology & Change from Middlesex University in London, UK.

“For leaders with aggressive growth goals, it is especially important to strategically manage a company’s ability to attract, engage and retain talent, in an era where there is scarcity of talent. When companies invest in the image and reputation of their brand; engagement, productivity and commitment are the results.”

Molly Huber

Molly has an extensive background in recruitment and talent acquisition strategy, business process design, executive search, corporate facilitation, and experience building Great Place to Work organizations. She has developed recruitment strategies for hundreds of organizations ranging from small businesses through to large-scale enterprises with 10,000+ employees. Her insight on employment trends, personal and employer branding, job seeker needs, and corporate culture have been featured at various conferences, as well as in publications and media interviews. Her strong leadership abilities allow her to develop highly functional teams, streamline operations and create effective people strategies.

Over the past decade she has honed these skills while working for some of the world’s leading recruitment and HR Services firms.

“Having a strong employer brand immediately gives you the leg up on your competitors because your culture is one that meets the needs of your employees. Not only will it make candidates more likely to accept your jobs, but when potential employees are courting you (instead of the other way around), your recruitment lifecycle is significantly shortened.”

Lauralee Guthrie

Lauralee is addicted to all things social media & search-related. With ten years of experience in social media consulting, search engine optimization and paid digital advertising, Lauralee has worked with leading brands across numerous industries and markets to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns. She thrives when working with companies to develop and implement creative and effective campaigns that generate tangible business results.

She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Thompson Rivers University and a degree from the University of British Columbia.

“People are inherently social. Transform your employer brand by enabling your best brand advocates online – your employees. Let them tell the living story that is your brand.”

Manda Cuthbertson

Manda is a Human Resources professional with a 13 year history delivering successful HR solutions for small to large-scale organizations. While holding progressive HR leadership functions in Retail, HR Services and the PR & Communications industry, she garnered a tremendous reputation based on her collaboration, strategic planning, employee engagement solutions, and communications skills. She has a proven record for helping organizations facilitate great workplace cultures so they can achieve top employer status.

Manda holds Human Resources Management Diploma (Honours) from George Brown College and achieved the CHRP designation in 2004.

“People want to feel like valued contributors, they want to make an impact within their organization. When employees feel connected to the brand, they’ll contribute more than is expected of them and take ownership over results. This increased engagement not only impacts the bottom line for employers, it also creates an atmosphere primed for individual success.”
