Stacy Parker

Stacy is an employer branding thought leader who successfully communicates value through integrated marketing programs and consulting on talent best practices. She brings more than 20 years in HR, Marketing and Recruitment experience to Blu Ivy, after holding leadership positions at noted companies such as Randstad, Manulife and Sun Life. As the Managing Director of Blu Ivy Group, she has led and implemented employer branding strategies for category-leading brands like Bombardier, CIBC, Bank of Nova Scotia, Molson Coors Canada, Arcelor Mittal, Air Canada and Maple Leaf Foods.

Stacy holds a Business Degree with a major in marketing from Windsor University and a Senior Executive Degree from INSEAD University in France.

Leandra Harris

Throughout her career, Leandra has led high performance organizations as a strategic executive of Human Resources. A skilled change management leader, Leandra has partnered and led through numerous organizational development initiatives, acquisitions and cultural integrations. In addition to Leandra’s executive level HR expertise garnered through her work with Randstad Canada, Sapphire Canada and CNC Global, she served as Managing Director for Origin HR, the RPO division of Randstad Canada which specialized in recruitment advertising and employer branding. As Managing Director and Co-founder of Blu Ivy Group, Leandra partners with leaders to help grow their businesses and distinguish them from their competitors.

Leandra is a graduate of Bishops University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Honors with Distinction), and holds a Human Resources Management Certificate and CHRP Designation.

Caryn Sabine

With 10 years HR generalist and business partner experience with small to large organizations across industries, Caryn is known for her ability to build strong relationships in order to drive change. Caryn has a reputation for her strong analytic approach to drive business results combined with her collaborative, compassionate approach to people practices.

Caryn holds a Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences from Queen’s University and Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.

Madeleine Waterfield

Madeleine brings a wealth of experience from her 20+ years experience in agency recruitment and sales. Her attraction to recruitment started from being able to help candidates realize their dream of new employment or a career change. Connecting with people is a passion for Madeleine and she loves being part of an organization’s process to uncover their employer brand to help attract and retain the best and brightest for their teams. Madeleine’s focuses on developing a strong partnership with clients to ensure that their needs are exceeded throughout the entire employer branding life-cycle.

Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Vincent University.

Lauralee Guthrie

Lauralee is addicted to all things social media & search-related. With ten years of experience in social media consulting, search engine optimization and paid digital advertising, Lauralee has worked with leading brands across numerous industries and markets to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns. She thrives when working with companies to develop and implement creative and effective campaigns that generate tangible business results.

She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Thompson Rivers University and a degree from the University of British Columbia.

Emily Harrington

With 6 years experience in talent attraction, human resources and social media, Emily brings a diverse skill set to the Blu Ivy Group. Emily holds a Bachelors of Commerce from McMaster University.

Kent Parker has been producing broadcast content for over 20 years. His extensive portfolio as broadcast producer and director includes commercials, short films, music and corporate communication across multiple industries. He has also produced television programming for Rogers Sportsnet, Bravo, SunTV and TVOntario.

With his broad range of experience, skills and knowledge, Kent understands the intersection of art, commerce and production. He bridges the gap between these worlds through clear communication and creative solutions.
Kent is passionate about videos that portray meaningful and authentic employment and leadership experiences, and his work demonstrates that this can be accomplished with fun, honest, and unique storylines.

Roger Heale

Employer Brand Creative Development & Communications

As an Art Director/Creative Director with over 20 years in the design industry, covering Corporate Identity and Advertising, Design Communications, as well as specialized Employer Branding, Roger’s background spans many industries and organizations. His work has helped develop many communications programs from the ground up, covering print, website development and internal communications.

With a strong understanding of the importance of strategic and intelligent design, Roger develops full solution services in the fields of brand development including traditional identity and graphic design, web design, corporate communications and consumer advertising in both print and web media.

Grant Burke

Designer & Illustrator

With over 7 years of experience in corporate branding and print design, Grant leverages his strong understanding of design fundamentals and marketing for a strategic approach to design. His ability to conceptualize work in the early stages and carry through to final executions has made him a one-stop-shop for creative work.

Grant is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and holds a diploma in Advertising & Graphic Design from Humber College.
